Priyanka Chopra Biography

Priyanka was born in Jamshedpur (India) on July 18, 1982. When she was in high school, Chopra won the Miss India pageant, and she shortly after that won the 2000 Miss World pageant as well. After the international triumph, Chopra decided to pursue the world of film and became a prominent star in Bollywood. American television helped her become a star with Quantico, the FBI drama which ran from 2015-2018. Also, she made headlines because of her marriage to Nick Jonas in December 2018. In 2003, she starred in her debut Bollywood film, The Hero: Love Story of a Spy. That same year she appeared in Andaaz. The film kicked off a long string of movies, including Plan, Kismat, Asambhav, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and Aitrazz -- which is incredibly, all released in 2004. The films did not perform well at the box office and Chopra had a great time with her romantic comedy Mujhse Karogi. Chopra was just 20 when she made her film debut with Thamizhan Then she continued the same year with Jeet Born to Win. Chopra admitted that her debut was an experience that was not pleasant. "I wanted to quit the business after I had done it! "I did not realize what was going on." Nick Jonas, actress and singer-actor, made public their relationship in the summer 2018. Their engagement announcement came in late July, with Jonas reported to have popped the question on Chopra's birthday, which was her 36th birthday. The couple got married at a multiple-day lavish affair beginning on December 1, 2018.
